A creative space to feel, express, and heal.
My practice is rooted in Art Psychotherapy, blending creativity and therapeutic support to explore emotions, gain insight, and nurture well-being.

Hi, I'm Jocelyn — an art psychotherapist in training.
Whether you're navigating significant life transitions, managing professional burnout, or seeking a deeper understanding of your internal world, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where your voice — and your creativity — can take center stage.
With a background in project management, I bring a unique blend of organizational structure and creative intuition to my work. I understand the nuances of balancing demanding professional lives with personal growth, which is why my approach is person-centered and trauma-informed.
My practice is rooted in Art Psychotherapy — a modality that recognizes that sometimes words alone aren't enough. I'm a pre-licensed professional, and all client work is conducted under the clinical supervision of Michelle Martin, RP #009044, a Registered Art Psychotherapist.
I am training at the Canadian International Art Institute of Art Therapy, a program accredited by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

Common questions
Do I need to be "good at art" to do this?
Not at all. Art therapy is about the process, not the end product — there's no skill requirement, and every piece of art you make is valid.
Is this the same as regular talk therapy?
It's similar, but art-making is woven into sessions as an additional tool for expression and processing — we can talk as much or as little as feels right for you.
Are you a licensed therapist?
I'm a pre-licensed art psychotherapist completing my supervised clinical hours. All of my client work is directly supervised by Michelle Martin, RP #009044, a Registered Art Psychotherapist, in line with my training program's requirements.
What does a session cost?
Rates vary by location — book a free consult through one of the practice links above, or reach out directly, and I'll walk you through current rates and availability.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes — I offer virtual sessions through CIIAT Art Therapy (Monday evenings & weekends, anywhere in Canada), in-person sessions in Toronto on Friday evenings, and in-person sessions in Brampton on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
What materials do I need for virtual sessions?
Just basics like paper, pencils, or crayons/markers if you have them. I'll send a simple materials list before we start, and we can adapt based on what you have at home.
